is hard drug really bad?

Honest question. I know people who would have failed college if not for Xanax and alcohol to manage their crippling anxiety.

I don't know anything about more hardcore stuff like heroin, morphin, fantanyl, meth...

are these drugs really bad for everyone? Even people naturally deeply deeply depressed and anxious?

totally unrelated but if you're going to ctb why not try meth or fent? I know I probably won't but sometimes I think I'm dumb for not trying these shit despite the fact that I'm chronically suicidal.

Well, small doses of fentanyl can be deadly. Of course drugs can be bad because while they will make you feel better, you will at some point crave them so much that you'd do anything to have them. It's risky. Also withdrawal is hell. I would not touch stuff like meth, I've seen videos of people acting really really crazy.
