Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I was just wondering if food grade SN is okay because I stumbled upon a chemical shop from where I live that sells it as a meat curing salt, and their SN description says:

"• 99+% Purity, Free Flowing Granular Form, Food Chemical Codex Compliant (Food Grade), Not suitable for homes with Children. • Passes Food Grade requirements for use in food processing with small doses. Not safe to consume directly."

It also says it has anti-caking agents

it doesn't matter whether it's food grade or lab grade. the only thing that matters is that it has over 95% purity.
