You can't even ship anything from Colombia that isn't open boxed for inspection and properly labeled. It's a drug country.

I am going to Columbia to take my chances to buy N can anyone advise? Is it illegal to try to buy it at a vet store without a prescription ? I don't want to get in trouble with law.
