is a signature required when receiving sn from IC

i'm wondering this because on the website that im tracking my package on, it says that a signature is required. however, i've heard from other people that a signature isn't required

No . I was so nervous the whole time that I kept checking the door . Then I end up seeing the mail guy. And he give it to me .

Yes i signed for the package and he also took dates from my ID card. But all is fine. Nobody came at my door or anything like that. I got the pack on 14th May.
