Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm feeling like I'm running out of time to successfully ctb without interference. Do people think 6 stories is high enough for a fatal jump. This is the difference between being able to jump off my private balcony and going to the roof which has more railing and is not private. Opinions are welcome

Five people jumped together from a 7th floor balcony as a group suicide. Four died on impact. The other one is in grave condition, and apparently won't recover.

The consequences of surviving jump on hard surfaces are truly horrifying. 6th floor would not attempt. Know a guy who was sitting on a balcony rail on 4th floor and fell over backwards and is now living in a care facility, wheelchair, diaper, a life I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

First of all i feel very sorry that you have those feelings. For myself i was always thinking that jumping is one of the easiest methods. But 6 stories sound kinda low to me, i wouldn`t risk it. Is this place the only option you have? For example i have a abonded factory next to my apartment with a chimney that is about 30 meters high, has ladder rungs and is surrounded is by concrete floor. Most likely this is the place i will use when i am ready.
People have died jumping from a standard height bridge over a road, or even from trying to do a backflip and landing on the neck instead of the feet. On the other side, skydivers have lived after a parachute fails to function. (with trees/brush and soft ground to absorb impact) But note that there is no height that's too high. Better to travel to a high place than jump from too low at home.
Concrete is going to be your best landing zone. Then other types of pavement. Grass or ground is going to absorb some of the shock, and should be avoided unless you add a bunch of extra height.
This form would be pretty ideal, as the initial impact is fully absorbed by the head and chest area. (don't land in water!)
I am currently staying on the sixth floor. Last night, leaning over the balcony railing and looking down at the street below, I was afraid I would survive.
Everyone on this side of the building I'm in, and in the building across the street, would be able to look down at the scene. I don't want to subject others to that.
There was a calm beauty to the scene last night, but ultimately, jumping is not for me, and seven stories is not enough.
I still have the LAH page on jumping open on my phone, just in case I start to think too much about it again.
