The idea is to drink as little water as possible so you don't induce vomiting. 50ml might not seem like enough or very much, but there is a reason they want you to use such a small amount.

understandable , so after I pour 3ish teaspoons, do I stir it?
Do you mean 3 and 1/3 tablespoons of water? Not 3 teaspoons, right? 3 and 1/3 tablespoons would be closer to 50ml of water. Yes, you need to stir it well, no chunks, completely dissolved.

A scale is advised to weigh it out to the recommended amount for your weight. 25 grams is the standard most people use. 25 grams of salt should be about 4.4 teaspoons.
How much do you weigh?

Ok, based on your weight and the chart for dosing I'm looking at, it looks like you would need about 3.1-3.3 teaspoons or 19-20 grams. That does align closely with the 3 teaspoons you mentioned and should be a good dose for you. I urge you to continue doing your own research and to think for yourself however. Please don't just take my word on it alone, I could be wrong, gather as much data as you can.
