I don't have time to follow the 48 hour regimen and testing feels pointless because 30mg is obviously more likely to cause side effects than 10mg. I'm mainly just worried about eps making me unable to drink N. I know some people claim eps take 24 hours to develop but I've also read about other people experiencing them within half an hour. I don't have access to other antiemetics like domperidone so meto is my only option here. The pph advises taking 20-30mg an hour before so would 20mg be a better option as the eps risk would be lower?
