Irrational fear

This is going to seem odd, but it's a real fear for me and who knows, perhaps I'm not the only one.

I am afraid of not being able to die. I fear there is no such thing as death, but that it is a sort of transition between realities and that if I succeed in kms I may just wake up in a parallel reality where it didn't happen.

Any good old common sense will be much appreciated!

There is no evidence of such a thing existing, I believe there is nothing after this life and that once we lose consciousness that is it for us, we are gone. I find death to be very comforting as it is the end of all suffering. I'm sorry you have to deal with this fear. I wish you the best.

Very unlikely, if this was real, where are the reports of people who did reincarnate into people here? Were they brainless zombies prior and just waited for souls/spirits etc:)?

You don't need to worry about not dying eventually. Father Time is undefeated and has sent over 100 billion humans packing and none have been even close to winning that battle!

Life will end as mysteriously as it began. Focus on the logical side and it is guaranteed for everyone. Everyone living is dying, getting older right NOW.
