Has anyone gone to an intensive outpatient program? Did you get anything out of it?
My intake is tomorrow, I'm going voluntarily to see what it's about and if it could help. I've done inpatient twice and don't want to go that route again, the urge to ctb was intense before Xmas and I was considering going to the ER, now it's a dull ache.
