Don't use insulin for ctb! You can be in a long term coma.

Yes that's one thing I don't won't is to become a vegetable. I was thinking insulin then maybe hanging im limited to what I can get my hands on in uk.

Hanging is definitely better but overcoming SI is gonna be hard

No. Insulin is not reliable to begin with, but Tresiba is a long acting insulin made to spread out over an entire day.

If you were going to try it (which as a diabetic with lots of insulin experience and research into this method, I DO NOT recommend), you'd want fast acting insulin. And not in pen form, because the max you can take per shot is 60 units.

You won't likely have enough time to inject all you'd need, and fucking up with insulin could very well mean you end up in a permanent vegetative state instead of dead. Or you could black out and seek help or do something to attract attention despite your intentions. Not to mention, extremely low blood sugar is incredibly unpleasant.

I have to get diabetes insulin myself I wouldn't do it myself with a high dose of alcohol and 5 pens it won't be a nice death. Hypoglycaemia is really bad I know where I'm writing
