Tagamet isnt avaible in my country. Wiki says there are better drugs for the same purpose like esomeprazol or lanzoprazol.

Someone on this forum advised me against it because ppi drugs like esomeprazol, lanzoprazol basically everything that ends with prazol will interfere with the absorption of the sn.

People also use ranitidine 50 mins before. Usually 225mg sometimes 300mg.
