Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Every night is the same. I can't sleep even though I'm taking sleeping pills. I've been trying to meditate, yoga, running Is this some kind of curse? I've been suffering from this insomnia since I was 14. what a miserable life

That does sound really awful. None of us should ever have to suffer like that. I think that it's horrible how our bodies are capable of torturing us so much. I'm sorry that you have to deal with such bad insomnia, I hope that in whatever happens you find some relief.
What sleep meds are you on?
Do you get exposure to light esp in the early morning and the late afternoon (helps regulate the production of melatonin)
Is your sleep space an area separate to your living breathing working space?
My insomnia was hell when I was in one room and had a noisy upstairs neighbor but I managed to block him out with an air purifier.
Now in a place where my living space is segregated from my sleeping area, I take amitriptyline every night but vary the dose and take something alongside it but vary that too.
I also just accept that some nights I won't sleep and normally the next night is better for me.
I also have Zopiclone to use as a back up but that's a three bad nights in a row scenario rather than a regular thing.
Also I have coffee prior to nine am, if I wake up early two or three cups, if normal waking time then one cup but never ever ever after nine am.
Insomnia is the pits as a fellow sufferer since I was a teen...
Idk how Z-drugs work for people. They've never worked for me in past for insomnia. I got prescribed both Zolpidem and Eszopiclone/Lunesta and all I got was terrible hallucinations, not sleep. My doc switched me to benzos and it had an immediate effect. Maybe check with your doc, it'd work in your case too.
Also switch on the blue light filter in your electronic devices. This thing makes a huge difference esp. if you, like me, browse etc late into the night.

I recently developed insomnia and I feel for you. It's bad enough that I have all these CTB feelings but now I can't get relief from sleep, it now just adds to my anxiety and stress. It's a vicious circle. I have an appointment with my sleep doc in a couple of weeks and hopefully I can get some pills as OTC ones don't really work.

I'm currently going through a phase of insomnia as well, you have my full sympathy. I can't imagine suffering from this for such extended periods of time, I'm so sorry you have to go through that. I hope you can find something that helps.
Insomnia is one of main reasons I'm here. My insomnia is due to brain damage from psychiatric medications. However, it is likely that if there is a solution, it will be a psychiatric drug.
Have you tried Melatonin? It is the only thing that knocks me out otherwise I sleep 1-2 hours a night. But in my case I have been taking it for over 3 years and have developed a high tolerance for it. I started on 5 mg and am now on 40 mg which is 8x the recommended amount and even that does little for me unless I am exhausted from no sleep the previous night.
Is there any respite from the hell of being alive, can't even sleep properly for a few hours to forget I exist. FML.

And she also used it for cbt and it's no wonder so many people have insomnia op may even be having a harder time than her but yeah we won't get the meds we deserve. Hope you could find some relief op and something to help you sleep.
