Insomnia makes me suicidal. It amplifies my depression by a lot. Its 5 am and I still havent slept. I'm worried that if I continue to miss out on sleep I will get psychosis. Or that I will just go through terrible mental agony. I believe my Insomnia stems from benzo withdrawal. Atleast that's what I hope because I don't want a sleeping disorder. Anyway I just hope I sleep tonight. That was my rant. Thanks for reading.

I remember when I was suffering from insomnia and the felling of seeing the sunlight appearing and hearing birds chirping while still trying to sleep was terrible. I tried doing things, but my mind couldn't concentrate on anything and my body was tired. It was like hell

Absolutely agree. Insomnia is like trying to put out the fire of depression with gasoline. :( Worse, it saps your motivation to do anything about the problem. So it gets worse and worse. Right there with ya.

I remember when I had insomnia. One time it might have been benzo withdrawal or untreated psychosis. The other time was psychosis.

Never had any problems with sleep but the last few weeks it's impossible for me to sleep for more than 3/4 hours. It surely does amplifies depression. It's a ruthless, vicious cycle. It feels like my body is killing itself already, can't eat, can't sleep, can't really function normally.

i use 10mg olanzapine when ever i am having trouble sleeping within one hour of taken it i'm asleep it never fails, it's a really strong sedative sometime i sleep up to 18 hours a day on it, also i overdose on olanzapine once before by taking 200mg, i went into respiratory arrest and was in a coma for two days never felt a thing just wish i had died, if my mother had not of found me and rang an ambulance i would of die peacefully in my sleep.

I'm so sorry that you suffer in this way, truly. Must be hell. On the other hand, I torture myself emotionally during daylight so that when night falls I am all but comatose. Not a great system, but I "sleep." Big hugs xoxo

I haven't slept properly for over 2 months. Dr's changed my meds but they're not helping. My muscles feel like jelly everything hurts. I just lie here in the dark and cry at night. No one cares anyway.

Yup, I have insomnia for a year now because the "vaccine" gave me POTS and small fiber neuropathy. My autonomic neevous system which controlls things such as sleeping, heart rate and digestion has been completely destroyed and my life is basically over. I have to take sleeping pills every night in order to fall asleep. I'm on my 4th kind sleeping pills right now because I develop resistance every few months. I was perfectly healthy before taking the "vaccine", never had any health issues. Now, suicide is the only option.

In your case it sounds like your insomnia is not chronic, but rather recent, am I correct? I definitely wouldn't worry too soon then, it will probably resolve if you don't have any underlying conditions. I really hope you'll have good nights of sleep soon.
