I think the injection is actually preferable. But it's difficult to do your own injection. Even when it's assisted the use of swallowing it is to put the onus of the decision on the individual, not on the person doing the injection. I would imagine that if a nurse were to CTB they might go with an injection. The volume you would need to inject might be decently large as well, so there might be some benefit to being able to down a large volume at once as well.

i think it kicks in too quick via injection so you might get knocked out before you finish your injection not knocked down to death more like being under anesthesia.

As explained by the others above, injecting N would just result in knocking you out without catching the bus.

For ctb purposes, IM wouldn't have any advantage over oral.
