I can buy nitrogen tank but it has hydrogen addition 5%. Would It be dangerous as hydrogen is flammable. I read pph but it didn't mention that.

There should not be any significant additive within your nitrogen tank, especially hydrogen gas. For the tank in question, it may be a reused tank. That is my suspicion. I would recommend that you purchase your gas and tank from another vendor. There is no need to take the unnecessary risk.Similar threads
