You might want to try crocheting. Perfect thing to do while watching smth. I also love chess, you can play it online so it doesn't require a second person, but it does require some learning

Hello! I know you said that you have limited mobility, but if you have mobility in your hands I think drawing or coloring is really fun, especially while listening to music. I've gotten into art journaling lately, so it's not the kind of art one has to be "skilled" at. I'm also not sure what your experience with video games is, but I personally like games that are slow paced and single player. I love playing the Sims 4, which I play on my laptop with a mouse. It's all point and click, so it hopefully shouldn't be too much of a strain if you have mobility in your hands. Games like Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing are similar in terms of mechanics, but I think Animal Crossing might require more hand movement. I also like to listen to music in the background while doing things like this, or listen to youtube videos on topics I might think are interesting. I really hope you're able to find something that you enjoy. :^)

i'm sorry that you are mostly housebound :( i brainstormed some random hobby ideas

can you make art in some way? maybe something like painting, crochet, making collages, photography, making clay sculptures, coloring books, paint by sticker kits, digital art?

puzzle books with puzzles like sudoku, spot the difference, word searches, crosswords?

audiobooks? podcasts?

lots of free games online, maybe you can look into different game types? simulation games, adventure games, puzzle games, visual novels, online board games or online card games, and so on. tetris, solitaire, 8 ball pool, fruit ninja, candy crush, township, temple run, angry birds, and geometry dash are popular mobile games i can think of at the top of my head. or paid games like animal crossing, strawdew valley, the sims, minecraft, terraria, etc.

learning a new language? learning a new skill?

it might be nice to watch calming youtube videos like those relaxing cooking videos or peaceful videos of nature or animals

jigsaw puzzles?

i'm sorry to hear that the brain fog and meds are affecting your ability to enjoy things :( i was on meds that made me not feel joy for a while, i remember how it felt and i'm sorry you are going through this đź«‚

i've done a lot of photography inside my room! you can make creative photos with things like light, shadows, patterns, angles, different colors, different textures, objects in your room, things you see out the window, and so on. i like zooming in a lot on regular household items, it looks cool. there are some good ideas here:

these guides are for cameras, but you can get cool photos with a phone too. i like trying the different settings on the phone's camera app :)

I get what you're saying, it's hard to have any motivation or creativity sometimes. I do this thing with my friend where we pass a little sketchbook back and forth with a set of rules meant to get you started. Our rules are to take a page or a section of a page to yourself, write your name in a fun way, and draw yourself in whatever outfit you're wearing. Then we draw little things from our day, like a muffin from breakfast or coffee or something. I also have a fun little pack of stickers, which help when I'm not feeling too creative. I also like to cut up coloring pages and paste them around the page if I don't feel like drawing. Then I usually write a bit about my day or how I'm feeling. Sorry for the long reply, just trying to give you ideas. Sending hugs!

Given that you've stated gaming not "clicking" for you this might be a longshot, but solitaire board and card games, and even solo tabletop RPGs exist. Some of the board or card games are compact enough to fit on a lap tray in bed, and some of the RPGs are even free to download.

If you're interested, let me know and I'll come up with some recommendations for you.

Im so sorry to hear that. When I get the motivation, I like to do crafty things. Paint by numbers, diamond art, acrylic pouring. I sometimes make wreaths as well. Otherwise, I am addicted to YouTube and listen to audio books.
