I often think if I could just make it to India now I could try to learn yoga and meditation and get over this
I am an Indian living in the US and I think a lot of us have issues which cannot be simplified or resolved easily, we all struggle with our demons in different ways.
If however, you feel yoga and meditation can help you ( I do yoga as well when I feel like it) there are links on youtube I can share with you and you can try and learn ' pranayama' on your own
Basically, pranayama ( 5 breathing exercises) are needed which you can practice daily to calm your mind and control yourself
