hey all normal i would do ctb tomorrow but i will do it the day after tomorrow plans intervened but the regime remains the same i have seen people here who did ctb without the ae will not kill us the sn kill us but works with everyone else gwn may be that I can't be vomiting if I wake up again I'll have to look for a new method

08:00 pm 600mg ibuprofen or 1000mg paracetamol
08:00 pm fasting starts (drinking)
10:00 pm 25g SN in 50ml water
