2,2 liter (compressed) x 110 bar = 242 liter

I know that with helium you'd need 15 l/min. with and exit bag for at least 15 minutes and 30 minutes to be on the sure side. So you need 450 liter.

I don't think you can do 3x6=18 and I'm not 100% sure about the flow rate for nitrogen.

There's a whole topic about this and it's in The Peaceful Pill handbook. Have you looked at those?
The PPhB says one of these disposable nitrogen containers is enough as at 15L / min it will give 16 minutes however in the appendix they say:

we consider that this flow for an experimentally derived
period of some 13 minutes will surely be sufficient to reli
ably bring about death however inevitably it would be
good if some more scientific tests were to be carried out or
other considerations examined we do not consider ourselves
to be equipped to carry out such tests

Which is why I want to use multiple cylinders to be sure.

The one I'm looking at is 110 Bar - 0.24m3 gas in each bottle 100% nitrogen. Do you think 3 @ 6l per min each work?
That's 18 liter per minute which is enough, but the total isn't--you need something like 500 liters at least, that's about 27 minutes, to be on the safe side, and you better be sure the flow rate is at that 18 lpm rate

With 3 of the tanks the total would be 726.

For this to work, if it would work, you'd need 3 regulators as well or how are you planning to set this up? 3 cylinders (242 l) at 8 l/min. would run for 40 minutes each (242 l / 6 l/min.).

A small cylinder such as this could work if there was a LDV (lung demand valve) system used.
The LDV is a special type of valve that only allows the mask to be filled and then stops..then activates on inhales. So it conserves air usage.
One would still need a regulator to drop the pressure down so the LDV could use it.
Then one would also need to work out the hose and connections etc. But all very do-able. I believe these use quick-connections (V type?).
