I'm trying so hard to cope

I thought things may have been looking up but I've been crying every day. My chronic illness has flared up.

I so desperately want to be normal and to know I will have good things in the future bit instead I silently cry in my room so no one will hear me because I don't want to be harassed for these feelings I can't keep down.

I'm sorry you are suffering so much. I know that this life can be unbearable when you are in so much pain. I wish you the best, I understand that it is so dreadful when things just get worse. Life is certainly cruel and unfair.
