I think I get good sleep most of the time but when I'm awake I suffer a lot. My mind and body are both titedIm with you on that. Do you suffer from insomnia or do you at least get good sleep most nights? Depression can obviously also cause fatigue.
I'm almost always tired but it could be due to my illness/pain condition. I love sleep, so when I do get sleep, I try to stretch it out as much as I can. It's basically the only time I'm not aware of my suffering and is a form of escapism for me. If I get deep, dreamless sleep it's like a mini-death to me and I hope that that's what actual death would be like, only more infinite.
Besides, good sleep is vital for health and well-being.

It's good that you are coping with sleep. Being awake is pain.
I sometimes take painkiller medication for my headache but I don't think they make me tired. I think it's the depression like you said and also lack of physical activities that are causing it.Are you on any medications that can cause fatigue?
I know you can be prescribed stimulant type medications for fatigue and to help you concentrate, but as far as I know they can be addictive.
If you're not on any meds that are causing fatigue then it's definitely your depression that's weighing you down.
I feel for you and sending you lots of love and hugs.
15 hours a day! How do you do that?I hear ya, I sleep for like 14-15 hours a day and I still wake up mentally exhausted. It's like some kind of curse...
Idk how, I usually go to bed at like 8:00 pm and wake up around 11:00 am. I think my meds make me extra drowsy. That plus depression and anxiety exhaustion = lots of sleep.15 hours a day! How do you do that?
Do you enjoy the escapism of 15 hours sleep a day or would you prefer just the "normal" 8 hours of sleep a day?Idk how, I usually go to bed at like 8:00 pm and wake up around 11:00 am. I think my meds make me extra drowsy. That plus depression and anxiety exhaustion = lots of sleep.
Honestly, I prefer 15 hours to 8 hours. I love sleeping and much prefer my dreams to reality.Do you enjoy the escapism of 15 hours sleep a day or would you prefer just the "normal" 8 hours of sleep a day?
Same. But it's very rare for me to sleep for 15 hours. 10 hours at most if I'm lucky.Honestly, I prefer 15 hours to 8 hours. I love sleeping and much prefer my dreams to reality.
