Venting I'm tired man. So tired

Hit with another wave of misery.

I just kinda. Live in it. In the misery. More in it than out. I'm getting worse. Degrading. People are noticing.

I can't function or cope.

I try my best. I want to die.

Even when I try my best. It's never quite good enough.

You'll never be good enough when you live by other people's standards. Try to live for you, man. One day at a time.
You wake up and want to indulge a little in a hobby/cook yourself a meal/clean a small bit - consider it a win.
If you don't feel up to it, that's okay. You made another day, that's progress.
Your existence is good enough, you fight daily to be here, that in itself is an achievement.

If it's safe for you to act miserable around other people I would just give up and act miserable. I suffer so much less when I don't have to keep up the facade. Of course I can't do that at work but everywhere else I'm a miserable wreck and it shows.
