I'm tired and ready to CTB but staying for my kids

I don't know what to do, I really don't want to traumatize my kids. I love them to death but I feel ashamed that I allowed myself to bring them into this world of pain. I've looked at several different methods, I have one I think will work, but I'm just stuck and I don't know what to do. Not sure how much longer I can keep up this charade.

Hey there. I'm sorry to read about your suffering. You seem like a good person. I don't know how old your children are. I assume it will take a few years before they become adults.

Staying alive to care for others when you are suicidal is a challenge. It is hard when you know you need to stay alive for some years. Do you have a therapist/psychiatrist? they may be able to help you even if you are not mentally ill. You may feel comfortable to have someone listen to you and support you during these difficult times.

That sounds like such a difficult situation to be in, I'm sorry you are going through this. I know that this life can be unbearable when you are suffering so much. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
