• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm sat on the floor in my bathroom.
It's now after nine Fifty in the evening. Probably be later, by the time I've finished this friggin post.
I'm in two minds wether to leave the house, jump on the bus and head to the viaduct.
But what if I don't jump immediately? Is that survival instincts I keep reading about?
It's all crazy.
I want to be somewhere comfortable, like I've planned. I tend not to impulsive. Well not usually.
I feel jittery, I need to pace around.
I feel that I'm being rushed, but from myself.

Please don't rush it. Take your time. Go for a walk. Browse on this forum. Plan your next attempt or watch a movie.

But do not rush your attempt.

Yeah, that sounds like survival instinct. It's a bitch.

It's a hard decision, whether to ctb impulsively or methodically. If you're in any doubt, though, Crest33 is right: don't rush it.

I know that jittery feeling too well. Some days I spend hours walking around my living room, unable to sit still. It's awful. I'm really, really sorry you're fighting it, too.

I hope some sense of calm returns.
