I got my isotonitazepyne- one gram, put it in some empty capsules, but I was so scared of potentially breathing it in or getting on anything that I'm not quite sure I got all of it into the capsules. One capsule was definitely a full 500mg, the other was maybe 250 or so. Some druggies leaving reviews about it said that it was starting to get more cut with other stuff but it shouldn't matter to an opioid naive person, right.

My Xanax never shipped for some reason so I just have the almost gram of the zene. I've been drinking grapefruit juice all week. Is this enough to do the job?

A gram was way more powder than I was expecting it to be tbh, and it should still be at least several times stronger than fent at like 100x the dosage right?
I need to do this, I basically quit my job because I stopped showing up and now my back is against the wall and I'm running out of time before my family catches on that I've given up on life. Is this enough?

I plan on doing your method too. But why dont you snort it? With swallowing theres a risk of vomiting, especially for a opiod naive person

I read that nasal bioavailability is less effective than swallowing, and the post-nasal drip also makes you very likely to throw up. When I was chatting with that sorrowfuldruguser guy, he said that zenes are strong enough to where you will be too far gone before you even puke, so there's that as well.

Idk about the other stuff but about the bioavailabilty, this is what ai says and what i know from research:

Swallowed (oral): The drug must survive stomach acid, be absorbed through the intestines, and then pass through the liver before reaching the bloodstream (the first-pass effect). This often reduces bioavailability.
Nasal: The drug is absorbed directly through the nasal mucosa into the bloodstream, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract and largely avoiding first-pass metabolism. This usually results in higher bioavailability and faster onset than swallowing.

But yeah with a strong af opiod it doesnt matter in the end. You can puke with both methods i guess, but with snorting atleast some of the drug will get into your bloodstream, but when you swallow you dont know if your body absorbed it even. Idk alot about drugs, just some thoughts.

Maybd you could drink half, wait 30 min and then snort the rest. That's probably what i'm gonna do

Yeah, good point. I'll think about it more. If I don't have the full gram then maybe it's better to do the method thats more effective.
