I'm in the same boat. I know my death will devastate my mother.I feel torn as well , I think most of us here (who have loved ones who care about us) , can relate

My options:
-hurt my mother
-wait until I'm older and, statistically, devastate a partner and/or children (at the very least devastate a pet)
-put up with life until the end
