I'm writing a letter of reconsideration to try and appeal my case of enrolling back to my old university that I deeply long to return back, I don't know of my chances to return but I typed out everything that I can provide: my story, the reason I left to begin with, why I'm coming back, what I can promise if I'm considered, so forth so so forth.

However, I'm scared of the decision, it's the university policy versus my circumstance and I don't know who wins because I heard from other campus branches (my old university has different campuses in different parts of the country) that there are cases of someone getting reconsidered but this is a first in this campus. I'm hoping, praying to be let in again, I was a consistent high achiever and leader both in class and in various organizations during my time there but I'm still scared because of the unknown. In the case that don't get reconsidered, it's the end of the line for me, I will CTB.

take care in not only what you write, but how you write it. let someone you trust to read it if possible.
whatever school you end up in, doing what motivates you in terms of the subject/path is what i hope for you.
a year behind or ahead is like a drop in the ocean, you just dont have the perspective of time yet. looking back i can say its insignificant. more inportant is what you do, wherever you are.

okay update, the reconsideration letter went quite well. The next step is a meeting with my parents and the registrar to discuss what to do moving forward, and hopefully have the decision before the start of the enrollment period. I'm really hoping all goes well because my heart is about to pop out of my chest. Albeit, after decisions, I still have a lot to clean up in terms of my transfer credentials, but hopefully by then I can finally put this whole shtick behind me and just focus on studying and eventually graduating, wish me luck.
