It was a hard day ... I am sad and desperate. I had to vomit today in the morning and had other symptoms. I did a test and it was positive! a year ago I had a spiral inserted which should work for another four years. I'm going crazy...

By spiral do you mean something like an IUD? I'm just not familiar with that term. If so you should go to a doctor. If you're pregnant and have that inserted you could face some serious complications. Unless you can get rid of it quick enough. Do you have access to Plan B?

I went to the appointment earlier. the pregnancy was confirmed. They gave me a period of reflection for 3 days (that's what the Swiss law says) and then I could get the firs pill... The problem is, that I travel with my husband on Saturday until Wednesday. really great timeing!!!
