that's a fact. nothing can prepare me for leaving you. nothing can ease this pain. nothing can relief my conscience as i know despair will soon drown you because of me. and nothing will be able to ease your pain too.
still, i can't stay. if i hang on to this feeling, i will never be able to depart. and the truth is, there will always be something holding me back. looking at your faces, hearing your voices, your plans, remembering the memories we made... nothing could be harder than giving up on this. the hardest part is leaving you.
i don't care about the world. i don't give a shit about the opportunities i am missing. i don't care about the future, for a career, a house, a family. the only thing that still matters is you. yet, i cannot stay.
