I just made it, but will be updating over the coming days. The point of that is just another place like this so it's harder for people to kill this info and so more people have access to this info.

from what i just read id have to call it a grey area. but just considering the fact its been shut down before (im sure general comments about suicide has been as well), the others are right and id doubt it will last.

Keep it legal, and avoid posting illegal content or soliciting or facilitating illegal or prohibited transactions.

and in some (most?) places its illegal to 'assist' in suicide, which is (basically) what youre doing.

You know that Sanctioned Suicide used to be a sub on Reddit? Even this version of SS is having problems of late staying live.

Putting a new one on Reddit in this climate seems kind of ..... suicidal

You can get past the Reddit filters by giving it an inconspicuous name or code name for Suicide. Maybe TheBusStop.

Unless it's sexually deviant. Reddit hosts "gooning" subreddits which encourages porn addiction. It's okay to abuse a substance and destroy your brain but not okay to relief yourself from, say, chronic pain. Why? Because one is profitable and the other is not. Also, they hired a kid diddler to be an admin once.

My suggestion would be a forum in Wix if you can make it invitation only. Then maybe we can use it as an escape pod until SS can regroup if they get booted again.

There's another subreddit called righttodie. It isn't very active, but has some good discussions. I hope your subreddit won't get banned. The more we talk about such things the better.

And there's timetogo, it's quarantined, not particularly active, and no methods or plans etc allowed.
