Yeah I'm not really sure I've actually been looking for more information on this I guess I haven't done enough research on the Forum though. I know that you can take up to 24 mg of Zofran a day I believe. I think the main reason people are looking towards Meto it's because of the gastric emptying effect as well but I'm not sure how much that works when you're using the stat method. I don't want to give you the wrong information though.

Zofran sounds like a good option. Meto can have bad side effects in case ctb doesn't work. There is a recent thread about this which I will repost here:

Yes, I understand that, it is best to be as diligent as possible- that is my main concern too, because fasiling an attempt can cause a lot of problems. Meto has a warning about causing tardive dyskinesia, which is way worse than I realized, and it can happen from one dose for some people- one symptom is muscle spasms in your face that don't stop. YOu can see in the vedo that isd link up that this one person became basically disabled from this. People havew used other antiemitics successfully.
One over the counter option that can be used is Meclizine, and you can get this at most pharmacies.
I thought meclizine didn't work because it's an antihistamine?
@Cheers seemed to use this successfully, but the rest of her plan was very solid. People who use sn often make some compromise to the guidelines because tehy can't get everything, it's a judgement call for each person what compromises to make.
Yes I won't have that. And though I have meto I probably won't use it, because of the potential for bad saide effects in case of a failed attempt. I think I'll try Meclizine. If that doesn't work I might try meto on a second attempt.
I'm using the meto. I have bad gag reflex and need to get that shit down and keep it down. I'm prepared to drink two glasses. There is no way I will allow myself to survive
I am back and foorth on the meto. The most common brand name for meto is Reglan, so I searched on youtube by "Reglan side efects" and there were so amny videos about this that I got pretty woprried about what they said. If the attempt works then it doesn't matter, but if it doesn't work on the first attempt that's where the risk is. It's the toughest call out of the whole situation for me, meto or Meclizine for the first attempt.
you're literally only using the meto one time though, not like you're using it all the time over a course of months. I wouldn't worry about that, people who take meto and have no side effects aren't going to make YouTube videos about it, only the small % of negative people are going to post about it
second attempt? There is no second attempt really..SN is highly fatal.
