I'm in so much pain

I lost my girlfriend and best friend of 3.5 years I don't even care about shit like this but she's been my source of dopamine and I pushed all
my friends away before I met her, I feel like my heart is cleaved in two. I genuinely can't take this excruciating pain. I broke up with her but I fucking regret it and she wouldn't take me back I hate myself so much

That probably feels excruciating for you. Losing my ex made me feel just as bad. And it was really difficult, but I was able to get over it and move on. I'm not trying to trivialise your pain at all, but I just want you to know there is hope. And death doesn't necessarily have to be your only option. I'm really hoping for you to feel better and for your pain to ease.
