Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I kind of worded the title badly, so ill try to word it better now. After the break up, I just suddenly got intense feelings of euphoria and happiness. Before we broke up, I was stuck in a really bad deppresive episode on and off—i think it was on of the worst ive had in a while. After we broke up, ive felt ten times more happier. Im doing way more impulsive things, not needing as much sleep, easily irritated, etc. This has been lasting for a few days now. Im also getting my medicine changed to Prozac too soon and ive been ecstatic about it. I know this happy feeling will wear off soon, so i might as well have something to make it better. Maybe this is just me being happier after our break up, but im not too sure.

How long has this been happening? Could you let the person who is prescribing you Prozac know about how you've been feeling lately? This might be a manic episode, and you might've been misdiagnosed since it's the first time it's happened (or maybe they didn't know you had one).

To let you know, mania is described as 4 of the following symptoms.

Mood Elevation
Distractibility
Impulsiveness
Grandiosity (So feeling like you could do anything)
Flight of Ideas (Going from one idea to the next with no breaks)
Sleep deficit (and you feel great)
Talkativeness

Maybe whoever is prescribing you the prozac might be able to help figure it out. If this is a manic episode, you should not be on prozac. That medication might make you worse. There are a few though that might help like Lamictal, but ask your prescriber.

Edit: Fixed a typo at the end of the first paragraph!

I've had similar feelings like this before, but they usually only lasted 1 or 2 days, never this long before.
I have an appointment with the person who did before, but im a bit worried as to what would happen if I did tell..

I've also felt way more confident than I usually do, and doing stuff I'd usually be too scared or worried to do.

How long has it lasted this time? I do get that it's scary, but theoretically they shouldn't put you in involuntary psychiatric admission unless you're a clear danger to yourself or others or you can't take care of yourself. (at least in the US).

This stuff can be a lot, and it might be positive at times! The main worry is, like you said, people often do stuff they normally wouldn't, and that can be super scary once you get out of this phase.

I'd recommend talking to your prescriber about it, but if you're scared about going to grippy sock jail, just mention the symptoms without making it seem like you can't take care of yourself.

you are experiencing a manic or hypomanic episode. i know it feels amazing, but it inevitably becomes terrible after a few days/weeks. the edge between amazing and out of control is very very thin. untreated, this will either escalate into full blown psychosis or result in a brutal months long depressive episode. untreated, many people harm their relationships, spend lots of money, and eventually get hospitalized. but if you treat it, you get a soft landing and avoid hospitalization.

please seek out a mental health professional asap and tell them "i think i am experiencing a hypomanic or manic episode." by addressing it before things get out of control, you avoid hospitalization. likely they'll just change your meds.

in the meantime, make yourself wait two weeks before any big decision. now is not the time to try to change your life. try to maintain a consistent sleep schedule and get at least 6 hours of sleep, ideally 8. and please make sure to eat enough.
