I'd advise against that as pills rarely if ever work and chances are you'll wake up in excruciating agony. I am sorry things are so miserable for you though and I understand the last bit. I thought that way at first too, but I hate my appearance so much I wouldn't enjoy a second of it having someone be intimate with me so it's no longer a concern

Sleeping pills and benzos are made to not be fatal. You should consider a more reliable method. Sleeping pills are OK for helping you get through your chosen method, but the chances of you dying are slim.
