• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm back on SaSu, hello dear ones, the thoughts have returned, that's why I remade my account here because I lost the other one. The thoughts are haunting me, it seems like nobody sees any good in me being alive, this frustrates me, and there's also my borderline personality disorder, even my psychiatrist is no longer right about me, she's lost hope (I think it was me who lost hope). She wants me to go to the gym and take medication, like LOTS of medication. (I will soon be rethinking my thousandth attempt at partial hanging.) '-'

For what it's worth, gym can actually help if you don't expect it to magically cure you. I got a set of weights and a couple other things and while it didn't make me less suicidal, it definitely improved my quality of life. Have been somewhat consistently working out for just under a year and am much happier with both the way I look and the way I feel.

My post will probably be controversial but take care with psychiatrists and medication. Gym is okay but a LOT of medication, humm... I mean, my psychiatrist gave me a LOT of medication, but i didn't take them (only a very low dose of diazepam pills when I need it). They give you a lot of pills because they don't know how to cure people. I know the side effects and it can literally ruin you. I read too many posts here from people ruined by medication. Am I anti-psychiatry ? Yes and I'm fine with it. I'm glad if psychiatry helps people but I don't trust them anymore. Nobody talks about LSD or psilo microdosing but it seems more interesting than these fucking pills. It's only my personal view and I may be wrong.
