Afraid of the unknown, even though there are a lot of threads where users explain how they are feeling after taking it, I'm still scared I might feel anything I'm not expecting.

I feel the same. Have you seen these Google Docs? I think that fear and uncertainty is inevitable no matter what, but reading all the experiences helped relieve my worries at least a little bit. Gives you a bit of a clearer idea of what to expect, what to avoid, etc.

I also have this fear but my suicide is not by choice but really the only way out. (severe facial deformity)

Yes I hear conflicting evidence about this. Some say it's painless but there's panic others say there's some pain. I also don't know how my body would react considering I have abdominal pains if that would increase the painfulnes, I won't know until its too late how bad it is.

I'm more afraid I'd take it and immediately regret it. Like my survival instincts kick in. Apparently you pass out after just 10-20 minutes, but that's a lot of time to reflect about what you just did.

Yes, afraid that it does take a while and concerned that one may be drifting in and out of consciousness throughout. Unsubstantiated concern, but still, it can take a while to completely expire.

It looks like vomiting happens at around 5 mins, whereupon you should take your second dose.

I've a plan to have the exit bag setup on hand for after that re-dosing point. If I'm still functional enough to operate it, I could render myself unconscious rapidly while the SN does its work. I may or may not need or be able to organise it after ingesting poison to kill myself, but it's a reassurance to have two methods on hand.

Plan is to take SN, wait 5 mins for potential vomiting, re-dose if necessary, apply exit bag if able/in distress, to facilitate unconsciousness.

Maybe I puke in the bag, maybe I pull it off accidentally. Neither is a huge concern in the larger scheme of things.

Either the inert gas ends me within a few mins, or the SN completes the job.

Second dose of SN = Death. I've never seen anyone surviving a second dose.

I used to myself but as long as you are truly ready, I think a feeling of calmness or relief washes over you before your attempt, at least that is how I had felt when I tried.
