Happy you're still here. Take your time to try and center yourself best you can for now, I'm sure it was an emotional experience getting so close. Focus on your breathing until you're in a good space and then try to do an activity that will bring you joy, even if it's just as simple as having a snack you enjoy or watching a show you like.

Fuck. It's the next day. I just feel even more pathetic than before. Don't know wgat to with myself. Thanks for the kind words everyone. What stopped me was that someone said that they were worried about me doing it in a closet. I doubt it would have effected anyone, but u never know. I live in a shared house, I wasn't trying to take my housemate out too
I think that's a wise move, you never would know what would happen with your housemate or anyone that found you. You must feel so very weird and broken now. I'm so sorry. Wish I had an answer for you.

Tbh that is all I've been doing for thr past 2 months since I left my last job. Must've spent about ÂŁ200+ on food delivery because I can't be bothered to go to Tesco most of the time which is only a 10min walk from where I liveThat's okay.
