Sure why not. It would be fun. I've done that maybe a 100 times in GTA 5.
The feeing of driving off from a tall skyscraper inside a car while in first person view in GTA 5 is an amazing experience if you have VR glasses. - One of my crazy VR experiments from few years ago lol
