Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'd make it so that the world is fully automated by AI and technology which is implemented such that working is a choice for people to decide as opposed to it being forced upon people against their desires. Oh and of course this technology would improve our quality of life in general
That's a big question. The possibilities are limitless, and so are the consequences. I wouldn't presume myself brilliant enough to force major change on how society works. That's wrathful god stuff, and might work out as nicely as you think. I also wouldn't want to intrude into anyone's free will. This is permanent, so making some type of policy change is depriving people of choice.
There are more literal slaves (not regular people who just have to take care of themselves like everyone else in human history, I mean literally taken away from your family and owned by other people slaves) than ever in history right now. So one thought I have is to free them. But slavery would continue in the future. So maybe I'd make it a law of existence that if you try to own/sell another human you're immediately stricken with paralysis and AIDS. (Again, this would not apply to, say, anyone who hires people or anyone who gives birth. Only actual kidnappers/slave traders.) I'm sure there's some sort of monkey's paw thing I'm not considering.
Maybe it would just be safer to just give myself a billion dollars. Ah, what the heck, make it ten billion. I may respond again if I think of something better.
Shove humanity back to village life and symbiotic, natural community—or just myself and those who agree, as I'd hate to have absolute power over the average person; but I see the modern/industrial age as an absolute failure humans didn't evolve for. And while the former has its drawbacks, it beats being a faceless cog in the machine or thr purposeless NEET that I am now. If I wasn't so weak willed and lacking in practical knowledge, I'd rather be a homesteader with the best of both worlds.
^Scratch that. I would give myself $10 billion instead. That way, I could live comfortably. I would also prevent and reverse aging so that I will never age past 25. I will stay 25 maximum forever and never get old or have to go through old age
