Yeah, tormentil is called in some languages "blodrot", bloody root. And one of Sepulturas songs is Roots Bloody Roots.

If herbs do count as vegetables then I want to be Basil so i could be eaten on Pizza and being used in Italian Cuisine in general. If not then I will choose some roots with strong flavors like ginger, wasabi or horseradish.
