How could I make this easier on myself. I was thinking of drinking nothing but espressos and eating nothing but biscuits and ciggerettes for a few days and seeing how that goes. Chain smoking of course. Maybe a cidre every now and then to speed things along or a few shots of vodka. What do you think?
Partial. The "sweet spot" is a lie to deter the inexperienced. No matter what position I tried it in I ended up choking very consciously and painfully and could take only a few seconds of it.

anything you consume will still have trace amounts of water that your body will begin to cling to at all costs. and dehydration is a very very slow death that gives you plenty of time to panic and turn around. i've attempted this by consuming literally nothing and by four days i was still far from death but freaked out when my feet turned white and was convinced by someone who knew what i was doing to eat again

Why would you want to make your death a slow and painful one? Besides, is it even possible to do that? wouldn't you reach a point where you're so dehydrated that you start to compulsively search for drinking water? Unless ofc you put yourself in an environment where it's impossible to reach for water.
I go through depression phases where I can't swallow food or drink enough water.
The second day I wake up with body pains, headache, elevated heart rate and temperature.
It's not fun. Please reconsider :(

I stopped eating and drinking for two weeks. The harder part was the drinking. You can't drink ANYTHING if this is how you want to go. Even taking medication with water will impair and you'll have to start all over. It's a bit uncomfortable. You'll feel very tired, dizzy, but it wasn't painful at all.

Dehydration may be the most painful and unrealistic method a person could think of. People have survived up to 18 days without water and it is well documented that after two to three days people are in severe pain from dehydration unless they have powerful pain medications. Ingesting the cider and vodka makes this even more unrealistic. Best of luck, but ctb is hard and you have to use a method that has a realistic chance of working if you are going to ctb.

I would recommend against it as a first choice. I think the main problem is that you might die in two weeks or maybe who knows more amount of weeks. The human body is a lot resilient than I knew. People survived even the most of extreme circumstances.

Did almost the same as your idea man and I can say for a week, if the stomach pain wont make you go looking for food and water, the throbbing pain on your chest to your whole left arm will.
