Totally. Waking up is painful, that cold wave of dread hits you when you remember that you have to play another round of this sick game. To have that momentary peace achieved in sleep torn from you hurts so badly.

Worst thing when im anxious is that all those fake scenarios in my head never happen and I still worry. Mind can be tricky sometimes. Its hard not to overthink.

I think the anxiety get worse every year, I don't know technically but every year I feel worse. This year i feel worse physically. I didn't notice in 20-ish but now is like a downhill, things with health problems dont get better sometimes i guess.

Why is anxiety so much worse early in the day. From when I get up until around 6 is the worst. Then from 6pm on Im in a much better place.

I dont think I could ctb early in the day wither Id have too much anxiety. Would be in a better place mentally to pull it iff at night.

I've been like this for so long and for some reason, especially in the last weeks. I barely slept before but now I'm up literally all night and maybe doze or nap from mid-morning until afternoon. That's it. But I can't handle waking up in the mornings anymore. I wake up nauseous, sweating, shaking and jittery, palpitations, stomach cramping and like someone above mentioned, feeling that HORRIBLE wave (after wave after wave) of dread and fear. I have a lot of physical health problems and every time I wake up my body is (already) in hyper-vigilant mode and terror about what the day holds in terms of pain, symptoms, etc. By 7 or 8 p.m. while I still feel anxious, the hugely overwhelming anxiety has settled a bit...until the next morning when this neverending nightmare Groundhog Day repeats once again.

in fact if you don't sleep then you will wake up with anxiety from not being able to sleep, should try only getting one hour sleep for a week see how you feel then anxiety through the roof

Anxiety really can be so awful, and to me it is so dreadful how our bodies are capable of torturing us so much. I hate waking up, that is when I feel the worst. I'm sorry that you suffer so unbearably. Life is just so unfair.
