There is no freedom from guilt and shame I inflicted upon myself. I once had it good but depression and lack of discernment made me give that up and persist with series of past decisions that led me to where I am today. Death seems to be the only liberty feasible yet it wont come by itself in a manner that releases the pressure of conscience burden mercifully. I am caged to suffer until the day I die. Reality keeps on getting worse hopelessly and there is no limit to how pain of conscience and shame can grow. Please take care of your affairs as to preserve any opportunity that was handed to you and dont take it lightly when life smile at you because it may never smile again

I understand, guilt can be a painful emotion to deal with as what we have done can stay with us for a lifetime and there is no escape from ourselves. Our own thoughts can torture us.

Age 19 I should have croaked. I remember in my early 20's wracked with guilt...no job...living with my mom and she off to work. She put on a Jeff Buckley song 'feel no shame for what you are'...If only shit could have improved.
