Help with what exactly? If you're trying to treat SI with ketamine I wouldn't recommend it for something like hanging. You don't want to make any mistakes. Also ketamine is a sedative and will affect people differently, there's no real method to determine its effect on you until you take it. If you really want to try it then you should take it on a trial period and see how it affects you, but generally its side effects aren't exactly conducive to more in depth suicide methods.
I need help with dissociation. I use Valium for it daily, but it's losing its effect, so I was thinking of using ketamine to keep my emotions from being overwhelming. When I'm dissociated from my emotions, it's very easy for me to want to do it. The only reason I haven't done it yet is because I'm waiting for an event that will take place in the next few weeks. After that, I'll be ready.
I was planning to try ketamine once and see how I feel, just as you yourself recommended, so I'll do that. Thanks for your response.
