Why not just go to one and say you want to kill yourself? They'll have to admit you then.

I don't get why so many people fake suicide attempts when it's really that easy. Most of us here are actively trying to hide our suicidal intentions because we DON'T want to go to the funny farm.

Are people around you not listening when you ask for help? Also, as others said you don't need to harm yourself to get help just walk in and say you're feeling impulsive and will harm yourself.
