Help ICU SN

Hello I'm sure there's boatloads of these threads. I got LW SN a while back but mine recently started to clump/yellow, I think it was exposed to air, I was wondering if any member could please send me the source for ICU SN.

ill show pics of my other SN if requested. with a timestamp/username for proof. I'm unsure if it's expired or what.

any help would be appreciated.
