I can barely concentrate on a fun or good movie due to constant depressive and/or anxious thoughts. A quick videi demonstration of the top 10 method would help a lot. Better even, if there was videos of people succeeding and failing, so one could assess the risks. Ironically, rather than increasing suicide rates, I think it would reduce at least impulsive attempts, just like watching gore videos of gun, train, jumping and hanging suicides has made think twice and thrice about those methods. But stupid society just wants to censor and hide things and make taboos, then get shocked when someone does something they said was a no-no.

it's a lot more difficult than people think.
including what i myself used to think.
you see in movies or tv shows they just slit their wrists and die instantly.

doesn't seem to be accurate tho

Yeah, reality is more gruesome than the best most thrilling horror movie show, in many ways. Movies even show gun to head suicides where they put it under the chin, lol. Every time I see it now I'm thinking in reality they would have shot the face off but still lived. They also show grieving over divorce or loss of a loved one as something that is overcome quickly. Likewise, they show alcoholism and drug addiction as much less gory and painful than reality. Even the best movies don't fully grasp these issues, all issues I've personally experienced, heck even got inspired by (the show House MD inspired my opioid abuse and various cop and Al Pacino movies inspired me to drink), but reality quickly made me realize it's unsustainable. Afterall, life is not a 90 minute show, lol.
