• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I spent years of my life unable to accomplish most things because I got distracted being lazy and not realizing how behind I am.
I now know what to do with my life but the problem is I keep getting fatigued and tired so I don't do my work most of the time.
I wonder if there is a medicine or drug that I can take to make my self not sleepy.
Even if I feel sleepy I would still focus on my work.
I don't have adhd so I should rule out adhd meds.
I never tried smoking but I am willing to try it out if it makes me awake and focused

I very much relate to this problem. I'm so far behind now that there's no way I'll ever catch up. I barely have the energy for day-to-day basics.

I'm right there with you. Been to the doctor about it and no help there. Coffee and energy drinks don't help because they just make me anxious.

Apparently, bupropion is really good for this. i just have a really bad tolerance for any ssri or snri but everyone i know who is on it says it gives them the jolt they need to like live and do stuff. also heard the same about escitalopram.

I relate to much to this post and the comment after it. I am way too behind in life. I value qualities like conscientiousness, discipline. I desire to live a life better than the one I am living right now, but there is no way I have been able to bring myself to actually take actionable steps. Some the core reasons why i am passively suicidal.

Have you ever had your MRI done by any chance? If not and if you can afford it, please get it done. Multiple Sclerosis (which can be seen on an MRI) and sleep apnea (which is diagnosed through a polysomnography) can give you intense fatigue and excessive daytime sleepiness. I have both, I know.
