Saturday my ex boyfriend was with me. his birthday. his family Was also around. the ones who declinded there help before the break up. i couldnt hold it in the Supermarket and had a severe anxiety attack. told him that i will die when they bring me home. they did. i have no time. i will attempt till i die. i have enough of this shitty World.

tbh nothing made me suicidal before severe tinnitus. So a break up only attributes to this. imagine you have noises in your head. then make them as loud as a bus idling with the motor on. throw moderate cfs in the mix. k-ptsd, anxiety disorder. severe depression. now live life. happyly.
lol. sorry to be sarcastic. it is too much. 9 years. i cant do this anymore. there are few diseases which i personally find even more shitty. but severe, multitonal tinnitus is really very wide open on this list.
maybe i could cope when my landlord dont want to push me out of the flat. or someone would take me and this condition seriously. matter of fact is.. i am alone. All the time. nothing will improve. the oppsite. and the best: i would never thought about ANOTHER worsening of my t.
december was gift time..and i got it plenty.
i am way to tired to search for an games. if you dont do it properly, you will still be dead when you hang in the woods, right?
i fucking knew tinnitus will kill me. i knew it since 2017.

I wish the world would hurry up and cure hearing loss and tinnitus already. So many of us have been cruelly killed by this. And they blame it all on "mental health" but like ffs just say it how it actually is. Tinnitus kills.Tinnitus kills.
