Venting I want to ctb until November.

I want to ctb until November (my birthday month) and I don't know how can I do that without being catch by my family, that is keeping an eye on me. Cuz of my past suicidal attempts. I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I was not able to look for places to jump or something.
My life's a mess, and I can't deal with my endless depression and my PTSD, and there's still gender dysphoria in my daily horrible endless cycle.
Also I have nobody here to be my safe harbor and I can't maintain relationships for a long time and cuz of my numb ass I always lost everybody in the end of the night.
I hate myself and I can't handle one more day in this shit.
The world is kinda messy and shitty these years (like it always have been but kinda worst) and I think we all end up fucked and dead in this shit, so, one more reason to catch the bus and have a peaceful time in the nowhere hahahshshshsh.
I think the focus of the beginning of this post was completely lost and turned into a normal venting haha.
So now going back to the initial subject, I need some methods and tips for outwit my family so i can finally ctb and leave this, hole flesh of pain and suffering. haha

i'm sorry to hear you've been pushed to this point.

you could always do it while they're sleeping. when/if they go out, do they force you to come with them, or does someone stay with you? do your family members work long hours? you could try and take advantage of their schedules.
